SHIPPING POLICY

We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over US$69, after all discounts applied, in selected countries and regions.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: For in-stock items, please expect an additional 1~4 days in warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.* For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page. And it's not recommended to choose express shipping for pre-order.
Shipping Time: Depending on the destination country of delivery.

Failed Delivery Situation

Please note that there are some restrictions, such as our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and we understand that there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@neocharms.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
For certain countries or regions such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and Virgin Islands, please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery. Please kindly note that you might need to pick up your package from your regional post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
